<p> Social Forces–a Boutique Digital Agency in Ybor City, FL–is looking for the next addition to our team.<br /><br />

We pride ourselves on being a digital marketing partner for retailers, consumer product and entertainment brands. In the past few years we’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the coolest brands around–including Red Bull, The Harlem Globetrotters, Circle K, and AVEDA. We create fun, immersive, digital experiences that convert online visitors to product buyers and loyal brand advocates–often in the form of social engagement campaigns on Facebook.
</p>

<p>Jr Account Executive (Entry Level Sales) responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Generating new prospect lead opportunities.</li>
<li>Emailing and calling prospects to set up appointments for the New Business Director.</li>
<li>Participate in meeting, calls and presentations with the New Business Director.</li>
<li>Follow-up with prospects on proposed contracts.</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with clients (in tandem with the Project Manager).</li>
<li>Learn to communicate the value of our services (which will require an in-depth understanding of what we offer).</li>
<li>80% “hunting” and 20% “farming”. (No farmer-only types, please.)</li>
</ul>

<h4>What we’re looking for in you:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Natural desire to be friends with everyone and meet new people.</li>
<li>Excellent conversation skills.</li>
<li>Motivated, self-starter with a positive, outgoing and charming personality.</li>
<li>Confident and competitive, while projecting a commitment to complete client satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<p>We’ll give you the training, tools and mentorship to grow into a new business rock star, but the rest is up to you. The ideal candidate will have a desire to advance their career quickly–independently negotiating contracts and securing new business in 6 to 12 months.</p>

<h4>Compensation:</h4>
<p>Modest base pay with uncapped commission.</p>

<p>If you’re a motivated, self-starter with a positive, outgoing personality–we need you to help spread that fun. Our team is smart, scrappy, confident, competitive, and committed to complete client satisfaction. <p>The average day for our Ambassador of Fun will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build a prospect list based on established criteria</li>
<li>Develop fun and creative ways to grow your prospect base and fill your sales funnel</li>
<li>Cold call, email and write prospects to set up meetings</li>
<li>Meet with prospects to introduce products/services and communicate value</li>
<li>Present product/service package pricing</li>
<li>Overcome objections and secure agreements</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with clients (in tandem with the Project Manager)</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisor on status of sales funnel, leads and prospects</li>
<li>Assist with agency PR and marketing initiatives</li>
</ul>
