Social Forces seeks Account Coordinator

We are looking to hire an Account Coordinator to provide project management and account management support to the Account Service team. The Account Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns and media plans developed for existing clients. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and daily professional communication with key client contacts. 


Project Management - Manages the projects for and correspondence with clients. Sets up meetings, writes agendas and manages formal meeting notes. Manages projects on project management software. Basecamp, Asana, Airtable or similar project management software familiarity a plus. Writes creative briefs and ensures all deliverables are met. Closes out all project with a results report. Ensures projects are completed on time, on strategy and on budget. In time learns how to set strategies, manage your own client relationships, grow accounts. 

Digital/Social Media Buying - Executes social media buying and content boosting for campaigns. Helps plan content calendars and boosting schedules. Is familiar with the Facebook Ad Platform at a minimum. Other social media platforms are a plus. 

1-2 years of applicable experience and a degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred.
